Apartment Olivia is a stylishly decorated apartment with a full air conditioning/heating system. It is located close to the beautiful Pine Walk and is a couple of minutes stroll from one of the loveliest bays in the Mediterranean. The apartment is set amongst ornamental ponds and communal lawns. Within the grounds there is a large three tier swimming pool with a child friendly section. The apartment has a lounge/dining room with doors leading on to a south facing balcony (with blind) and pool view. There is satellite TV, a stereo system and numerous games, videos and books to suit all ages. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an iron, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, ice bucket and cafetiere The apartment has three bedrooms consisting of a double bedded room (with ensuite bathroom), a room with twin beds and a further bedroom with full size bunk beds. In addition, there is a shower room and toilet. Hairdryers are provided. A particular feature of the apartment is the fabulous roof terrace measuring 90 square metres. The private terrace acts as a garden and solarium for the holiday maker and has lovely sea and mountain views. It is furnished with top quality garden furniture with a pergola providing shade. There is also a barbecue, shower and sun beds on the terrace. Less than an hour's drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. This lovely resort retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the sky line, just a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a long sandy beach for safe bathing and a pretty Pine Walk. The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartments. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the old town is certainly worth a visit.
