The Fig Tree near Es Carritxo is a small farm workers wood beamed cottage offering lovely views towards pine forests and surrounding hills. If you wish to combine the pleasures of country living along with easy access to the more lively resort of Cala D'Or with its sandy coves, this charming rural cottage would provide you with the perfect holiday base. The accommodation is all on one floor and offers lounge with beamed ceiling and corner Mallorquin fireplace. From the hall/dining room, a door leads to the twin bedded room. The adjacent shower/bath/wc is shared with the double bedded room. A door from the terrace also leads to this room. The galley kitchen is well equipped. The swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m is set in mature colourful gardens with a shaded area and a stone table alongside. The barbecue area features a large wooden table under a flower-covered pergola. The garden offers many quiet seating areas where guests can enjoy a glass of wine or simply read a book. To enjoy the cottage a car is essential. There is no fixed day for arrival but the minimum rental period is for 1 week. The time of departure on the day of leaving is also flexible.
